HOW TO STYLE RIPPED JEANS THIS SUMMER
Whats up guys!
Its been an absolute scorcher this week and I’ve been loving it! I hope you lot who are here in the UK have all made the most of it because knowing the English weather it’s probably not going to last long 🙁
Now with the sun shining you may opt out of jeans and go for shorts but with ripped jeans being very much IN! I wanted to put together a tidy little something for you guys that looks great but is also very achievable for the everyday guy ready for when you’re finished tanning.
Finding the right pair of jeans can be a right task sometimes especially if you’re picky like myself and when it comes to finding a nice pair of ripped jeans it can be an even tougher task as theres a lot of variety out there. I’ll let you into a little secret I actually often buy a normal pair of jeans and then put the rips in myself, you may of seen me in some jeans and even shorts recently on my instagram wearing some that I have cut up myself.
But when I found these Zara jeans with the perfect style of knee rips that I look for in jeans I had to get them! What I love about this pair of jeans too is that they have a cut and frayed effect at the ankles which I think are a cool look but as long as you get them in the right size so that they aren’t loose and hanging over your footwear, keep them nice and short legged without any socks and it’ll look great.
With a pair of jeans like this you don’t really need to go too over the top with the rest of the outfit which is why I kept it simple but stylish with a white Zara t-shirt (these are my favourite t shirts ever), white leather trainers which I have been wearing a lot lately and I think a clean plain white trainer (no brand signs or stripes) can literally go with any outfit I would even wear these with a suit on a casual vibe. I went with the tan jacket to add a different shade of colour and I think it works well with the clean simple look.
Im a big fan of the jean chain too so to add a little more of a stylish touch I wore my chained and able jean chain, you can attach it to the back of your jeans but I like to tuck mine in my back pocket. Other little details are added with a silver Paul Hewitt cuff bracelet, Daniel Wellington watch, my 2 silver rings and my round Ray Ban sunglasses that I absolutely love right now. Jobs a good’n!
Hope you guys enjoyed this clean and simple ripped jean outfit and found it helpful to keep you stylish this summer! Until next time you lot, have a good one 🙂
